Refund policy

 


At BakewareIndia, we take great care in packing and delivering our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement according to the policy below.


Return Window

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

All non-edible bakeware and tools are covered under our 1-day replacement policy, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.

To request a return, you must provide:

Parcel opening video or clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
• Order details

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Edible products
Cake toppers and decorative items
Bake and serve paper packaging items
Made-to-order items such as dessert stands and certain candle moulds
• Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

These items are purchased at the buyer’s discretion.


How to Request a Return

You can submit a return request through any of the following:

Our team will review the request and confirm the return eligibility.


Return Pickup

Once the return is approved:

• Our courier partner will arrange pickup from your shipping address.
Return shipping cost will be borne by BakewareIndia.

For locations where pickup is not available:

• Customers may ship the product back to us.
• A maximum reimbursement of ₹50 towards return shipping will be provided upon submission of proof.


Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Product must reach us within 7 days of delivery

If the product is used, damaged due to improper packing, or missing original packaging, the return will not be accepted.

Products returned without meeting these conditions will be disposed of and cannot be claimed back.


Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:

Credit/Debit Card – Refund processed within 7 working days
Net Banking – Amount credited back to the bank account

The refund may appear in your next bank or card statement depending on your bank processing time.


Important Note

BakewareIndia reserves the right to approve or decline return requests after reviewing the claim.

Due to hygiene standards, we do not offer a try-and-return policy.
