Shipping Policy – BakewareIndia

At BakewareIndia, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delhi delivery: 1–2 working days (For same day delivery contact our team)
• Other cities: 2–8 working days depending on location.

Our working days are Monday–Saturday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday will be dispatched on the next working day.
We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays.

Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is shipped.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 15–25 days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

International orders are shipped via:

• DHL
• FedEx
• India Post

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as processing begins immediately.

If cancellation is requested after processing or the parcel is not accepted by the customer, a 5% cancellation charge (including shipping) will be deducted.

Returns & Replacements

Due to hygiene reasons, BakewareIndia does not offer a try-and-return policy.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Return requests must be made within 1 day of delivery through:

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Edible products
• Cake toppers and decorative items
• Bake-and-serve packaging items
• Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
• Made-to-order items such as dessert stands

Damaged or Incorrect Products

A parcel opening video is mandatory for any damaged or incorrect product claims.

Once approved:

• The product will be picked up from your address
• Return shipping will be borne by BakewareIndia

If pickup is unavailable in your area, customers must ship the product back. A maximum ₹50 reimbursement will be provided for return shipping upon submission of proof.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Returned items must reach us within 7 days of delivery

Used products or items without original packaging will not be refunded.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Credit/Debit Card: Refund within 7 working days to the original card
• Net Banking: Credited back to the bank account

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank.
