The idea behind this is to place the spacer between two cake tiers, and then to cover the arm of the stand on the side with decorative sugar flowers or foliage. This creates the illusion of the top tier floating.
Handcrafted from stainless steel, these spacers are incredibly strong. You do not need to worry about the arm/base of the stand from breaking or bending. They are specially made for this use intended.
The spacers are slightly heavier than your average spacer, and so to ensure the lower tier can hold the stand, we would strongly recommend using a generous amount of cake dowels to fully support the weight.

At BakewareIndia, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delhi delivery: 1–2 working days (For same day delivery contact our team)
• Other cities: 2–8 working days depending on location.

Our working days are Monday–Saturday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday will be dispatched on the next working day.
We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays.

Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is shipped.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 15–25 days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

International orders are shipped via:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as processing begins immediately.

Returns & Replacements

Due to hygiene reasons, BakewareIndia does not offer a try-and-return policy.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Damaged or Incorrect Products

A parcel opening video is mandatory for any damaged or incorrect product claims.

Once approved:

• The product will be picked up from your address
• Return shipping will be borne by BakewareIndia

If pickup is unavailable in your area, customers must ship the product back. A maximum ₹50 reimbursement will be provided for return shipping upon submission of proof.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Returned items must reach us within 7 days of delivery

Used products or items without original packaging will not be refunded.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Credit/Debit Card: Refund within 7 working days to the original card
• Net Banking: Credited back to the bank account
